Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival Refund and Exchange Policy
This policy applies to all tickets purchased at the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival Ticket Office, the Festival Box Office located at the New Mexico Museum of Art, and online at https://secure.santafechambermusic.com
Program Changes
All prices, events, artists, programs, show and run times, dates, and venues are subject to change. The Festival reserves the right to make seating changes for health, safety, or programmatic, or other reasons. The Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival makes every effort to inform ticket buyers of any changes via the festival website, email and/or by phone.
It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure that their contact information is up-to-date by contacting the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival in the case of any changes.
Late Seating
Concerts begin promptly at their indicated times. Out of consideration for the Festival’s musicians and concertgoers, and to minimize distractions, latecomers or those leaving a performance in progress will not be admitted or readmitted to any concert until an appropriate break as determined by Festival staff.
The Festival assumes no responsibility for portions of any concert missed due to lateness and does not make adjustments to ticket prices after a concert has begun.
Ticket Exchanges and Refunds
There are no refunds on ticket purchases. The Festival permits ticket exchanges for most concerts up to 48 hours prior to the concert date. This service is free for subscribers; nonsubscribers are charged a per-ticket exchange fee as well as any difference in price. No refunds are made for tickets exchanged for those with a lower price. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Ticket Donation
The Festival accepts donations of tickets up to 24 hours before the beginning of any concert. Donations are 100 percent tax-deductible for the cash value of the tickets. Once donated, tickets are instantly made available for resale and cannot be returned.
Lost or Misplaced Tickets
With proof of purchase, the Festival can arrange for replacements for lost or misplaced tickets.
Inclement Weather
The Festival is committed to honoring its concert schedule; therefore, performances proceed at their scheduled times regardless of weather conditions or traffic delays. Tickets not used due to weather delays or any other reason cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for a tax receipt.
