Our Opening Weekend Summer Gala Celebration, called Cirque des Sons, is a night of fundraising for the Festival—with proceeds benefitting our summer concert series and year-round music education programs—but it’s also a night of unforgettable fun!
In addition to fine dining and fantastic cocktails, the celebration, held at luxurious Bishop’s Lodge on Friday, July 11, features thrilling entertainment courtesy of one of Santa Fe’s most distinctive performing arts organizations: Wise Fool New Mexico.
An acclaimed and wonderfully versatile circus-arts troupe, Wise Fool will circulate and perform—seamlessly yet captivatingly—throughout the evening, during both the welcoming cocktail reception and gourmet dinner hour.
From aerialists and stilt walkers to roving jugglers and other surprises, Wise Fool’s highly skilled circus artists will greet guests upon arrival and fill our Summer Gala Celebration with an ambiance of excitement, anticipation, and— true to its New Mexico roots—enchantment.
