The Festival’s 2025 season mailing was sent out by USPS on June 26. If you were expecting to receive your tickets by mail and they haven’t arrived within the next few days, please call the Ticket Office at 505-982-1890. We’ll confirm whether they were mailed and/or arrange for reprints.
Those who elected for e-tickets are likely to have received their tickets as well. Though some e-tickets are sent at the time of purchase, the majority are emailed between July 3rd and 5th. E-tickets purchased after July 5th will be emailed immediately. E-tickets can be printed at home or brought in on a phone or mobile device and will be scanned at the entrance to the concert venue.
Those who choose to pick up their tickets at Will Call can do so any time between now and their first concert. The Festival Box Office is now located in the Museum of Art lobby at 107 West Palace and is open daily from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
